Gemma Saura is a journalist at La Vanguardia. Since 2021, she has been writing for A fondo/A fons, the newspaper’s feature and investigative reporting section. Previously, she worked for 15 years in the international section, where she covered major events as a special correspondent, including the rise and fall of the Arab Spring in Egypt, the financial crisis in Greece, the refugee crisis, the Western Sahara conflict, and several elections in France, Sweden, Greece, and Switzerland.
