C. Breck DuPaul (SFS '29) is a student at Georgetown University intending to major in science, technology, and international affairs with a concentration in space studies. He is particularly interested in international law and how global institutions adapt to shifting technological and geopolitical realities. He currently works as an editorial assistant for the Georgetown Journal of International Affairs, where he engages with scholars on global governance and the evolving structures of international order. C. Breck is a 2026 Georgetown Global Dialogues student fellow.
