Onno Seroo
Onno Seroo is the director of the International Relations bachelor's degree at Blanquerna School for Communication and International Relations at Ramon Llull University. His research and teaching centers on international organizations, minorities and Indigenous peoples, and in particular on the participation of substate entities and underrecognized peoples in international institutions. Among his publications is The Implementation of the Right to Self-Determination as a Contribution to Conflict Prevention (1999), by UNESCO and UNESCO Centre of Catalonia.
