Global Dialogues

Onno Seroo is the director of the International Relations Program at Blanquerna School for Communication and International Relations, part of Ramon Llull University in Barcelona. His research and teaching center on globalization, conflict, security, and development. Among his publications is (as co-editor) is The Implementation of the Right to Self-Determination as a Contribution to Conflict Prevention (1989).
